HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SERVICE APPOINTMENT

CUSTOMERS WITH A TRAILER/BOAT MUST BOOK AN APPOINTMENT EITHER BY PHONE OR ONLINE

with our service representative prior to bringing a trailer/boat to the shop.

CUSTOMERS WITH LOOSE MOTORS DO NOT REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT - A CALL IS APPRECIATED

Once a service date has been establised you will need to prepare your vessel prior to bringing it in. Plese remove all valuables and other personal property from the boat. Remove all fishing tackle, fishing poles, depth sounds, down riggers, life jackets etc. D&G MARINE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE PROPER INSURANCE COVERAGE BEFORE BRINGING YOUR BOAT/TRAILER/ENGINE IN FOR SERVICE.

DROPPING OFF DURING BUSINESS HOURS -  You will have been advised where to drop your boat during your confirmation call. Please bring your key into the office where you will be required to review your service paperwork and provide confirmation signatures if applicable.

DROPPING OFF AFTER BUSINESS HOURS - If you are unable to bring us your boat during our business hours, we will make arrangements for after hours drop off. If the office is closed, please leave the key in the ignition of the boat. If this can't be done, then please leave it on the floor in a visible location or arrange with a staff member for another location.

DO NOT PUT A LOCK ON YOUR TRAILER COUPLER. WE WILL SECURE THE COUPLER WITH OUR LOCKS WHEN NEEDED.

AFTER DROPPING YOUR BOAT OR PRIOR TO ANY SERVICE ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CHECK IN WITH THE OFFICE.
